1. Who these terms apply to.
These terms apply to anyone purchasing a class, pass, or membership from Kelvio Wellness Sdn. Bhd., or anyone using the kelvio.pro website. By booking a class or completing a purchase you confirm you've read and accepted them.
2. Class booking and capacity.
Classes are capped at twenty-two mats (twenty for pilates classes). Bookings open seven days ahead for the general public and eight days ahead for monthly-unlimited members. A confirmed booking is your spot. If you can't make it, cancel up to four hours before class start to release the spot to the waitlist.
3. Cancellations and credits.
Cancel four or more hours before class start: free, full credit returned. Cancel within four hours: a partial credit (50%) is returned. No-shows: the class is forfeited. Trial pass holders are exempt from no-show penalties for their first booking.
4. Membership freezes.
Memberships can be paused for genuine reasons (travel, injury, illness). Eight-class monthly: 14 days a year. Unlimited monthly: 30 days a year. Annual: 60 days. Email hello@kelvio.pro with at least 48 hours' notice; we'll confirm the pause in writing.
5. Liability and your responsibilities.
Heated classes are physical practice. By participating you confirm:
- You're physically able to take part in the class you've booked.
- You've disclosed any injuries or medical conditions a teacher should know about.
- You'll listen to your body and rest when you need to.
- If you're pregnant, you'll bring a written clearance from your doctor before booking.
The studio takes care of safety, instruction, and clean facilities. The practitioner takes care of working within their own current limits.
6. Studio etiquette.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early; the practice room closes 5 minutes after class start.
- Phones go in lockers, not in class.
- Remove shoes before entering the studio area.
- Wipe down your mat and towel area after class.
- Personal recording or photography in the practice rooms is not permitted without prior approval.
7. Pricing changes.
We may adjust pricing on new passes. Memberships already paid for honour the price you joined at until the end of that billing cycle. Annual members are protected for the full twelve months at their joining rate.
8. Use of the website.
The text, layout, photographs and code on kelvio.pro are the property of Kelvio Wellness Sdn. Bhd. You're welcome to read, share, and link to our pages. Reproducing the content for commercial use needs written permission first.
9. Disputes and governing law.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first — most things resolve over email within a working week. If we can't resolve it that way, these terms are governed by Malaysian law and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any change is published here with a new "last updated" date. Active members are notified by email about material changes.
