Hot Vinyasa Flow.

The signature class — a breath-led sequence that builds heat slowly, stays in standing for a long time, and earns its floor work.

What the class feels like.

Vinyasa means "to place in a special way", and that's how this class is shaped. We open with three to five minutes of seated breath, move into a long sun-salutation warm-up, and only then step into standing flows. The peak — usually a balance pose or a soft backbend — sits at minute thirty, not minute fifty-nine. The last quarter is a slow descent into hip openers, twists, and rest.

Our 38°C target is set by radiant infrared, which reads softer than the same number on a forced-air thermostat. You'll sweat. You'll also breathe.

  • Three to five minutes of grounding breath at the start
  • Long standing sequence — usually 22–28 minutes
  • One peak pose, taught in three escalating versions
  • Five minutes of guided savasana before tea

Who this class is for.

This is the most-booked class at Kelvio, and the one we recommend after a Foundation 26 month. If you've practised vinyasa elsewhere — even unheated — you'll find the shape familiar. If you're brand new to heated classes, sit closer to the door for your first three sessions: the air moves more freely there.

We do not recommend this class as a complete beginner's first experience. Start with Foundation 26 instead. It exists for exactly that.

Don't take this class if

  • You've never practised yoga before — try Foundation 26 first
  • You're recovering from a hip or shoulder injury within the last 6 weeks
  • You're managing high blood pressure not yet stable on medication
A few questions

Common asks before booking.

Can I drop in halfway if I'm running late?

For everyone's safety in a heated room, the door closes five minutes after class start. We'll happily move your booking to the next available class.

How much should I drink beforehand?

Start hydrating two hours before class — a tall glass of water with a pinch of salt is a good ritual. Avoid eating a full meal in the 90 minutes before class.

What if I need to lie down mid-class?

Always allowed. Child's pose is the universal "I'm taking a moment" signal — your teacher will know exactly what's happening and won't interrupt.

Step onto the mat.

Trial pass holders, drop-in visitors and members all welcome. Class size capped at twenty-two — book a few days ahead for peak slots.
