Foundation 26.

The classic 26-pose sequence taught patiently — alignment cues, modifications, and zero pressure to "look like" anyone else in the room.

Foundation 26 class students in steady standing pose

What the class feels like.

This is the entry door at Kelvio. The room runs at 36°C — warm enough that everything moves a little easier, gentle enough that breath stays steady. The pace is deliberately slower than our advanced classes: the same standing pose might take three full minutes to teach the first time you meet it. We circle back to alignment cues across the class so they have time to land.

You'll meet the same twenty-six poses every Foundation 26 class — that consistency is the point. Repetition lets you feel small improvements your body is making instead of chasing variety.

  • The same 26 poses each class — no surprises
  • Cues repeated across the class with patience
  • Modifications offered for every pose
  • Two short rests built in around minute 35 and minute 60

Your first month, mapped.

If you've never done heated yoga before, here's what we suggest. It's the path that's worked for hundreds of members through their first thirty days.

  • Week 1 — three Foundation 26 classes, no other format
  • Week 2 — two Foundation 26, one Slow Yin Recovery
  • Week 3 — two Foundation 26, one Yin, one Pilates Express
  • Week 4 — try one Hot Vinyasa Flow if it feels right

No one will rush you out of Foundation 26 — many members keep it as their weekly anchor for years. The point isn't to "graduate"; it's to find a class that fits.

FAQ

The first-timer's questions.

I've never done yoga at all. Will I be lost?

You won't. The first ten minutes are an orientation specifically for new practitioners — we walk you through the room, the props, the bathroom etiquette, and what to do if you need a moment. About a third of every Foundation 26 class is in their first six visits.

I'm not flexible. Like, at all.

Welcome — you're exactly the body this class is built for. The heat does the early softening. We never ask anyone to touch their toes; we ask them to find their breath. The toes get reached eventually, but they're a side effect.

What if I get dizzy?

Sit down or lie down on your mat. Drink water. The teacher will check on you within thirty seconds. It's normal in the first few classes; it usually doesn't happen again after week two.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely — and the trial pass is the easiest way. Same RM 49 for them, same seven days, no auto-renew. Many members find their first class easier with someone they know on the next mat.

Walk in honest. Walk out lighter.

Five Foundation 26 classes weekly across the schedule, including weekend mornings. The trial pass covers all of them.
