I came in skeptical of the heat and stayed for the teaching. Three months in, my chronic back tightness — the kind I'd given up on — is mostly a memory. The Foundation 26 class is honestly the best onboarding to yoga I've had.
Practice that meets your body where it actually is today.
Kelvio is a small, far-infrared heated studio tucked above Plaza Damai. We teach hot vinyasa, pilates burn, slow yin and a beginner-honest 26 sequence — the kind of classes you leave feeling longer, clearer, and a little kinder to yourself.
A studio built around heat, not hype.
Far-infrared panels do the heating from the floor and walls — radiant, even, and lighter on the lungs than steam-driven rooms. Class sizes stay below 22 so an instructor can actually see you.
Radiant heat
Six panels per room warm the body directly — drier, evener, and easier to breathe through.
Capped class size
Never more than twenty-two mats so adjustments and eye contact actually happen.
Manduka mats
Pro-grade mats and clean cotton towels are part of every drop-in or pass.
Recovery loft
An air-conditioned tea corner with eucalyptus plunge towels for the slow walk back to normal.
A trial week that won't ambush you.
Two studios. Eight class types. One trial pass that gets you into any of them for seven days. We'll send you a short, plain-English what-to-expect note when you book — what to wear, where to park, how the room feels in the first ten minutes — so the only surprise is how good you feel afterwards.
- Seven days of unlimited classes for RM 49
- Mat, towel and shower kit included on arrival
- Free 10-minute orientation before your first class
- No auto-renew — the pass simply expires
Eight ways into the practice.
Each class is built around an honest intention — sweat, recover, build, breathe. Pick a starting door and the rest opens from there.

Hot Vinyasa Flow
A breath-led sequence that builds a slow heat, stays in standing for a long time, and unwinds you toward the floor.

Tea, water, and a quiet place to land.
A long sweat needs a slow walk back. The lobby is its own room — warm wood, two long benches, a kettle that's always on, and a small library you're welcome to read sweat-soaked. We don't rush members through it; the studio you walk out of should feel like the studio you walked into, only softer.
- Filtered hot and cold water always available
- Three rotating loose-leaf teas weekly
- Showers with eucalyptus body wash
- Dedicated locker per regular member
Found through word of mouth.
A few notes from members who've stuck around — across desk-job stiffness, half-marathon training and post-rehab returns.
The pilates burn class is sneaky — small ranges, slow tempo, and somehow my obliques are the most awake they've ever been. Class size genuinely stays below twenty-two, which makes a real difference when an instructor catches your form.
Returning after pregnancy was nerve-wracking. The instructors here actually listened, gave me modifications without making it weird, and never once nudged me toward poses I wasn't ready for. Now I bring friends.
Things people ask before walking in.
Honest answers to the questions we get most often by email and in the lobby.
Do I need to be flexible to start?
No. Most people walk in with tight hamstrings, stiff shoulders or a desk-job spine — that's exactly who heated yoga is built for. Start with Foundation 26 or Slow Yin and let the warmth do the early work.
What should I bring to my first class?
A reusable bottle and yourself — we provide a Manduka mat, towel, and shower amenities. Wear something light you can sweat in. Arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around.
How hot do the rooms actually get?
Our far-infrared studios run between 36–40°C depending on the class. The heat comes from radiant panels, so it warms the body before it warms the air — which feels noticeably gentler than a forced-air hot room.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel up to four hours before the class start time directly from your member portal — no fees, no questions. Late cancels return a partial credit.
Do you offer corporate sessions?
We host private team classes from 8 to 22 participants — usually a 60-minute heated flow followed by a tea & breath segment. Reach out via the contact form for a tailored quote.
