A breath-led sequence that builds slow heat and rewards staying for the floor work at the end.

Small ranges, slow tempo, surprisingly intense. Mat-based pilates with a ring and warm room.

The classic 26-pose sequence taught patiently. The honest entry point into heated yoga.

A slower, more grounded vinyasa scheduled for end of day — long forward folds, hip openers, soft music.

Yin & Sound Bath
Slow yin shapes layered with live crystal-bowl resonance. The class members repeatedly tell us "ruined Sunday tightness for them".

Pilates Express
A no-frills 30-minute core and posture session built for lunch breaks. In, sweat, shower, back at desk by 13:45.
Same class, shorter format
Alignment Lab
A workshop-style class focused on three to four poses at a time, with hands-on adjustments and props. Held the first Saturday of each month.
